This was the worst chess tournament I have ever attended. The TD didn't even know what touch rules was and asked the players what they wanted to do with regards to some of the rules of chess. My browser stated that the web page at www.horizoncricketclub.com has been reported as an attack page and has been blocked based on your security preferences. Certain people should not run chess tournaments and this TD is one of them.
