I am from Little Chess Mates and I don't write anoynmous messages.  I do not know who the anonymous poster is.    I am disappointed and appalled that you would take such immature action to discredit me on this forum. What is your motive? If you recall correctly, there were numerous individuals (including chess master Erwin) who shook their heads in disbelief at your lack of knowledge of your announcement of touch rule.   I have been nothing but professional towards you even offering to sponsor your events and supplying all  chess sets and clocks and other equipment necessary to run a proper recreational tournament with rules you should know.      Your above message is a blatant defammation of character and an attack on my livelihood.   There is one thing I am in agreement on from your post:  I am an organization for profit, and should a loss of my income result from your negative comments, I will be happy to mitigate my damages and recover them in court.   Legal consultation has already been obtained on this matter.   Refrain from posting such comments at once.    Furthermore, I did not agree to your making public excerpts of written correspondence from myself, positive or negative.  Do not post on any forum without my implied consent.  Emails are considered confidential in nature and intended for the recipient only.   Little Chess Mates company is only interested in organizing large tournaments with competent tournament directors of great integrity.  After seeing your unprofessional behaviour, clearly, this is not you.   By the way, even non-profit organizations who run private recreational events are subject to Revenue Canada rules.  I hope you are playing by these rules.
