Bus from Rideau Center: bus #33 fastest & # 37.

Time control: Increment time control preferred: 30 moves/1h15, SD/40 min. with 30 sec. Increment.
Non increment time control: 30 moves/1:30h, and SD/60 min.

Registrations: Before Septembre 3: 45$ or 35$ juniors & unrated.
After September 3: 50$ or 40$ juniors & unrated.
On site September 21st. Cash only 55$ & 45$ juniors & unrated.
Cheque by mail before September 10th. 2007 to : Ligue d’échecs de l’Outaouais.

Rules: FQE membership required (37$) or by a tournement card. For (10$).
Unrated players may win any prizes in the A section or the unrated prize only in the B section.
A section, only former or actual 1700 or more are accepted.
B section, players whose highest life-time rating exceeds the upper rating limit of section B by 100 points or more cannot win a prize in that section. They have to play in the A section to qualify for a prize. CFC rating will apply if no FQE rating.
